Miluna respects your family's privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, personalize stories for your child, subscribe to a plan, or contact support. This may include account information, child profile information you choose to provide, story preferences, and payment-related records (payment cards are processed securely by Stripe and are not stored by Miluna).

We also collect technical information necessary to operate the service, including browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, security logs, and service diagnostics.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

Miluna uses Meta Pixel on public marketing pages to measure advertising effectiveness and understand visitor interactions.

Meta may receive limited browser information including page visits, campaign attribution parameters (such as UTM parameters or fbclid), browser/device information, and interactions with public marketing pages.

We do not send children's story content, parent notes, child profile content, or private authenticated in-app activity to Meta.

Generate personalized stories using trusted AI providers acting on Miluna's behalf.
Protect accounts and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers supporting hosting, email, payments, AI infrastructure, analytics, and security.
